THE CREEPY ISLAND

My friends and I had been evacuated at last. When we were being taken to Chicago on a vacation trip, our plane was suddenly shot at. It burst into flames but one part of its body with all of us safe fell down to the earth. The other part had fallen into the sea. Soon we found that it was an unknown island with hills, forest, rivers, caves and swamps. Luckily I realized that my phone was safe in my pocket and soon tried to connect with our parents but due to our bad luck there wasn’t any network in the areas where we crash landed.

The island was surrounded by sea. We soon found a fresh water spring. The immediate need was of searching a place for shelter since we never knew how and when we could be rescued. So we began to search a place for camp with fresh water supply and some fruit trees nearby. When we had gone ahead, we heard a mysterious sound. I said to Ashish, “What creature can it be, calling so mysteriously?” He was dazed but said, “It might be a monster or a demon who swallows the victim alive”.

The cry was heard again and to our amazement we saw a shadow approaching toward us. “Look, Ashish!!We are totally dead”, I exclaimed. He yelled like a mad man. Then both of us grappled the shadowy figure but to our amazement it was Allen who had thought to freeze our blood for fun, but the wild cries would still be heard.

Finally, we selected a place for camp in between the trees and the fresh water spring at the southern-coast of the island. We brought dry branches, wood, dried grass and leaves from nearby trees. We thought it would be a safe place to camp. In case of any danger, we could go to the near by caves. The cliffs could help in attracting the attention of the rescuing party.

Soon after two days surviving in the unknown island a helicopter spotted us and we were rescued. Our courage, fearless trip, commandership and above all, the creepy jungle sense, kept us alive!!!

Soon after we came to know that the island, where we had crash landed was called “Topo Island”…………..
